My wheels are in for the annual MOT tomorrow. What a great time of year for that uh?

bricking it....Garages usually come up with something... Brake Line corrosion being among their top 5 reason

If you don't think there is is anything fail its MOT stick it in the local council MOT place, they don't do any work there just MOT's IE no reason to fail it and make you pay their repair bill

dont you have any car friends? I have a fair few who has a mot tester who is very lenient...

my car being heavily modified

No side repeaters

no fog lights

decatted etx and itll pass

The mot system is guff. I used to calibrate gas analysers for mot stations.

I am lucky that my local guy is pretty good.

Always be wary if you have no relationship with the garage.... So open to abuse you would not believe...

This is my 1st Kosher test in years LOL...Knew a guy who, for £100 would pass anything short of a burn out LOL

Knowing a guy is great until you have a serious crash, then they will check your car out, then the "guy" will be gripping the bar explaining himself, that's when you end up next to him as a witness. Beware folks and stay legal and safe

Had mine 2 weeks ago and it failed on the front coil springs

a lovely expense I didnt want

Being in the know...the government only get £2.05 per mot...Its the garage that gets the rest of the test fee
