Hi there, I have been on the site for a little while now and still struggling with it lol. I have always been polite when messaging people and always been honest, what am I doing wrong ? Lol
or is it just because I'm ugly ? Lol |

far from ugly hun but like some of other threads suggest try get to some of the socials or lunch/drinks meets often organised either here in fife or in dundee.
maybe give the chatroom a try too let people know your there. a friend of mine is having same trouble as he only has access to site via phone or when at mine. so i've dragged his ass along to a few parties etc just so peeps know he's alive too lol

Jus hang in there m8.. us single blokes struggle sometimes to get meets etc..jus play it cool be corteous polite and non threatening,,, end o the day this aint a meat market and jus cos folks are on and " available" it don`t mean just because you message them it`s an instant acceptance to playtime....
anyways m8 just play it cool be yourself as mad says try the chatroom etc

I know it sounds cliche, but it is all about patience...use the chatroom so people get to know you and don't be shy in there, actually chat, and if possible (though I not managed it yet!) get to a social.
I thought like you, but have now had my first meet and 2nd, and hoping more will follow in the future

Big fella, be cool you are not alone a lot of single guys struggle on here, I was on AFF in a past life, and they reckoned there were 50 single guys for every single girl.....not good odds lol
it can be very cyclical as well sometimes you get loads of mail and replies other times nada....keep in chin up, I'm sure you will get what you are after

Im far from an expert but maybe re-word your profile a touch, admitting your "not the best looking" would show maybe a lack of confidence to someone that didnt know you...

Don’t give up mate give it time, if you are looking for a one night stand go down your local club that would be the quickest way to easy sex, and the most boring, you may find .maybe on here,! You will sooner or later meet someone who is like minded, and that would be worth the wait, trust me give it time, and as for looks it’s how you feel that matters, not how you look.  |

Some v good advice there all ready, but think the key thing in this as in life is just to be self some people will like you for who you are and the meets will be fun and enjoyable and those who your personality doesn't match with just aren't for you, always be honest with yourself in what your looking for and couples and singles will see that in your messages and the meets will happen  apart from that the usual advice of chatting on forums, in the chat room, and attending socials is always great. good luck and sure the right peeps for you will come along soon |

Only have 1 problem though, I access site through my phone and I can't access chat rooms.
So I will persevere and see what happens
