For all of us that survived the Monday blues i'd like to propose a toast to it no longer being Monday
Thousands of Years ago Tuesday's were celebrated as a day of good fortune and prosperity
The Ancient gods of Mesopotamia, believed that If a woman was married on a Tuesday, it was unlucky for her to lose her virginity to her husband, so she would be required to sit at the temple and wait until a random stranger came by, threw a piece of silver in her lap and invited her to have sex with him.
In exchange for this sacred act, the mariiage would be blessed by the gods as a long and prosperous one
This is where swinging originated from
(Some or all of the above may or may not be based on a non fictional untrue story)

"Tuesday is named for the norse god of combat TIW, who is the equivilant of the roman god MARS.
which means tuesday is chocolate day.
"
