Actually maybe the best thing to do is to ask people to stop having digs at organisers of socials who's social you are not going to.
If the organisers don't want you there I am sure there are plenty of other socials you can go to. |

Hugely disappointed that I'm not attending the Social as all of you lucky people have got in there before me and filled up the G List...
Hope you all have a great night!!
...Wasn't even being sarcastic there. Season of peace and goodwill to all men (and women, and perverts)!

I'm hearing tales of some peeps being unfairly banned from attending this social?
Hopefully its not true, since banning people would seem counter-productive somehow.
Sadly, I am unable to attend anyway due to a prior commitment, but just wondered if there is any truth in this or if its another urban myth? |

I suggest you talk to MissD direct rather than hearing from others who may have a hidden agenda.

" Iv no hidden agenda if any one wants to pm me here. I supported the last 10 socials here. Ones were not many turn up. So nothing hidden with me |

Seeing as it's a social organised by one person I don't see a problem with them having the ability to only send details to those they would like to see.
As has been said by lots of people on hundreds of occasions, if you don't like it, walk on by and organise your own social event and invite whomever you want and block those you don't want there. |

If you have a birthday party do you invite people don't get on with ?
Same as anything else in life. If someone takes time and trouble to organise success socials year in year out then its their perogative to exclude people who have in their opinions acted wrongly towards them or at previous socials. If you don't like that decision then there are plenty other things goes on or as said above organise one of your own . We can't all get on with everyone we meet |

"Can I suggest that people take their bickering off the forum otherwise they are likely to find that there is no thread to bicker on."
Closing the thread is a bit harsh given its just a couple being negative. Why not remove the posts concerned as has been done on other threads? |

Truth _araid but everyone is entitled to their opinions and the person organising the event rightly or wrongly does have the final say and i agree with that partly as they take the time and effort to organise the event
There will be more socials so more opportunities for all im sure
I dont think its such a big deal really |
