Is anyone aware that our forum post can be read by non site users? Albeit our pic has been blurred out but our user name is shown.. I for one find this unacceptable and a possible breach of confidentiality given the media's view on swinging and that socials are advertised here IE dates and people wishing to attend, we all know its not impossible to find the venue, it was breached before!! I have sent a message to admin/owner for an explanation now I'm thinking this may not be an issue for some bit maybe for others.. Would like to hear your views please ? |

Not bothered about a fuzzed out profile pic, or the name for that matter, but yes get your point regarding the meets etc, perhaps in the meets and events area this should be to subscription members only and then meets arranged thru that, |

Yes I'm aware of that but not that the forum was open to the world .. Not that I have anything to hide however I would have liked to have made an informed choice who sees what I write! |

But the forums are open to the world as the site if free for anyone who wishes to join ..the only difference between being a site member and not is if you a member you can see who types what and if your not you cant,think id be more worried that people who are on the site reading your stuff than off it. |

Yes I'm aware of that but not that the forum was open to the world .. Not that I have anything to hide however I would have liked to have made an informed choice who sees what I write! But the forums are open to the world as the site if free for anyone who wishes to join ..the only difference between being a site member and not is if you a member you can see who types what and if your not you cant,think id be more worried that people who are on the site reading your stuff than off it."

yeah that's also true I guess its all down to who you trust .
But then if you add people from here who uve never met before then I suppose that's just the same risks u run . |

It would take anyone who was that interested 2 mins to sign up to the site....and be able to read the forum posts if it was that important to them... And they could then view profiles etc too.. Personally I'd rather they could just view the forum posts as a non member |

It would take anyone who was that interested 2 mins to sign up to the site....and be able to read the forum posts if it was that important to them... And they could then view profiles etc too.. Personally I'd rather they could just view the forum posts as a non member"

I think that we all have to remember that nothing on the intetnet is private. Its all in the public domain unless you send a pm. You just take care and act sensibly. It always astounds me the number of messages I get from married men who are happy to fire off a face pic without lnowing me from Adam. I might be their wifes best pal. |

I WOULD THINK, IF ANYONE VIEWS PROFILES ON HERE, THEN REPORTS THE I.D OF THE THE PERSON, ON A SWINGERS SITE, SURELY THE PERSON WHO BLABS ABOUT SWINGING ACTIVITIES, SHOULD BE ASKED- WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT A SWINGERS SITE?
