If you google "mail preference service" you can sign up so you don't receive any crazy mail. You will be surprised how within 2 weeks the garbage mail stops and the postie passes your door |

That's how I read it too. The onus is on the sender not to submit unwanted mail for delivery. |

Yes, if you register with MPS you can block any unsolicited mailing companies that have your details, at that point in time.
......but, the minute you go back online and leaving details in online forms etc the cycle begins again, as these companies are trawling for this info all the time. |

both are of junk

no address on it
so yes i still get them
