Teaspoon of honey for a sore throat.
Porridge bath to soften skin and is good for eczema.
Spoonful of local honey for hayfever.
Chamomile tea for stress.
Hmmm I have a homeopathic book I'll look for some more..... |

Depends when your symptoms start,go back from there maybe a couple of weeks maybe a month before . Just a spoonful a day should do the trick. |
