Just had to call the dentist for my son complaining of tooth ache and it got me thinking how many of us go regularly to get a check up or only go when we have a problem or not go at all?

I'm as regular as clockwork, every six months, or in between if required. Got to look after the teeth

Oh I don't fancy getting a vasectomy from a dentist. That's one government cut too far.

I am also as regular as clockwork, AND I go to the dentist every 6 months.

Going on Thursday. Joy. Used to never mind it then broke a tooth on a chocolate button and now have a very crappy crown that I find uncomfortable

I used to be amazing at looking after my teeth but then when I moved here I had to go in for an emergency and I swear I felt like I was in Hostel... Bloody butchered my gums! Luckily I went back to Dubai not long after and got it all sorted..

Still can't bring myself to go here though so I'll just wait till my next trip home..

We used to have a mobile dentist truck that visited rural schools every year, and those bastards thought they were in "Marathon Man". I don't remember ever getting anaesthetic for any "treatment". No wonder kids were scared of the dentist.

Had denplan for 25 yrs now and worth every penny, £22 a month gives you 2 x 6 monthly check up, 4 hygienist sessions a year, emergency cover abroad and at home and no expense spared with any work needed at all.

They won't extract if the nerve is intact, and not exposed.
