Any legal documentation cited through a court should be served by a court officer that way it can not be ignored

After 39 lawyers letters the fanny I'm legally married to has not signed either. Know what? He can fuck right off cos he's more likely to want the document than I will!!! Next time he comes chapping he can bloody well pay for it. And he can pay for the divorce - all £1500 of it. As for a lawyer. Well, he can pay for that too!!

Sorry for the rant but legal separation issues are a royal pain in the arse!!!

Midlothian

Everyone has a story to tell and different contributing factors where legal issues are concerned.

Your own lawyer will advise the best way forward.
