Deep breath clench teeth (not a good idea if you have toothache tho sorry lol) grab nearest pillow or cushion and squeeze HARD repeat til the will to kill people has subsided 
Works for me when the oldest kid is standing there moaning about why is it raining again!! For the 400 millionth time this week

lol Shona, I'm gonna bang my head against the wall..... at least that gives relief when you stop! Titch and the dogs have gone into hiding.

I cant tell you what I do cos Im not that mean  honest, but my eldest says the other thing I do is sit very still and look like Im about to kill everyone I see - thats when the cat and kids go into hiding and leave poor Steven to deal with the fall out. But his answer is to pass me more pain killers and say want to phone your mate and vent at her - the moment she answers the phone she will say (stupidly) whats up hun?? GRRRRRRRRR then I feel better
Or failing that have a nice big glass of bubbly and a slice of cake

I'm going to go into the kitchen and rattle and bang pots and pans, generally cook up a storm and slurp wine while I do it, supper will be interesting this evening.  |

been up since 4am cleaning sick up!!!!
light bulb went pop!!!
forgot to get milk so now have to venture back out again and get some !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aNd see drivers the day !!! ive had enough!!!! |

As an ex smoker of over 15 years i gave up when the smoking ban came in.
Piece of piss but when i am d*unk i buy a 20 pack and they are almost gone by the end of the night!
The next day i wished i didn't bother but i don't smoke again till the next piss up. I can get by the week no problems and don't have the urge for a ciggie.
Weird!

Day two of no school cause roof is leaking and classsrooms flooded give em wellies n brollies grrrrrrrrr

i had to put a tyre on our car today for its mot on the plus side
i managed to get 1 on a deal for 15 quid.
on the down side i needed wipers and they cost me 20 quid.for 2 bits of rubber stuck on a bit of metal |

I used to smoke 30-40 a day....... may have to get a couple of stress relieving balls |

_muma.... I am full of self loathing.
I got so stressed driving in.. around... through... Edinburgh Friday night I cracked and smoked too. If it wasn't for a lovely taxi driver who led me off Princes street road works I'd be circling it still! |

Call it a hiccup and carry on "stopped" please Laine,the scarey thing i found with starting up again was within 2 days its as if never had stopped,train, bus, taxi,driving in edinburghs the ultimate in stress,lol
