Ok folks. Was thinking of organising another social night somewhere in Edinburgh. It's been a while since the last one and thought it was about time we all had the chance to meet some new faces and have a chat and some laughs. Was thinking of Nov 22nd or 23rd and the venue would be decided nearer the time. If your interested in attending please feel free to email me.

that sounds ideal as we new to the scene and find theres a lot of time wasters , been stood up at short notice more than once .

"The day for the social get together is going to be the Saturday like last time. That way we can meet in the afternoon and make a day/night of it. So Saturday the 23rd November.  "

Thanks everyone for your interest. We are going with the Saturday as last time it was the Saturday and we met lunchtime and made a day/night of it. The Friday folks are working so everyone couldn't do the Friday.  |

Hi..we r interested in coming along..depending on shifts....looking forward to meeting lots of new people as we haven't been to an East coast social yet!!

Your right Trebor although there will be a few who says they want to come won't come. However the more the merrier. Just have to find a big enough pub which isn't that loud you can't hear what's being said! Maybe we should go with the last one. As for buying the first drink for everyone......hahahahahaha. |

What we need is BIG jugs ,,,

Although the last place was big ,it gets really busy ,somewhere with music would be good ,the real hard bit is ,,the differing times everyone's coming , and being er sober at 9ish to chat ,and not-sound to d*unk ,I'm am speaking for my wife ,you understand ! Lol  |

Am having a few days away with friends and visiting others while on the way about ..... leaving Friday no coming back til Monday or not atall if the right 6 numbers come up but I won't forget you all |

Right folks. The time is almost on for our social gathering next Saturday the 23rd. Just to let you know I will either be txting or emailing you all a couple of days before the day with the venue, times etc so keep an eye out for this info.

I have posted out details of the social on Saturday but there are a few who showed interest who won't allow me to email them so could you check your settings and drop me a mail so I can reply with the info otherwise you won't know where and when.

Thanks to all the people who took the time out to join us for drinks last night. Was good to meet some new people and put faces to names. However, I have to apologize to anyone who tried calling/txting as not only could I not get a signal in the venue which expected I wasn't getting one outside either unless you were standing next to me txting me. Hope you all enjoyed the night and weren't too hungover.
