Ok folks what has became of the traditioal values of swinging? Wouldnt it be more of a laugh and good fun for us all to have a party and throw our keys in a hat, one for single female, guys and one for couples. Most of us are becomeing shallow with who we pick to swing with, it needs to be fun and adventurist, remember when we were all at school , and the christmass dance came about, who all got excited with the thought of being picked with the best looking, girl or guy in the room , did your little heart start pounding with anticipation, did it miss a beat. I know mine did, it still does when i see a lovely women across the room , smilling and full of delight. So whatcha say folks???? |

yeah ur so right quest personality is far more sexy than looks and most r shallow when it comes to picking partners to swing with ......
but i think u need to stick with ur own standards and most improtantly have fun out there n stay safe xxxx

The 'car keys in a bowl' stuff only worked when everyone was comfortable with everyone else who was attending.
The problem was that this was in the days before easy passing of photos and online chat. You often had to take the host couple's word about the other guests.
Sometimes this led to situations where all the couples but one were happy with their 'lucky dip' partner' and that could throw a damper on the whole evening. |

Remember when we all had televisions with tubes, its all plasma this and lcd that now, remember when we popped to the shops to get a tin of beans and a carton of milk and you had one brand, now you have the choice of about 20.
Well swinging has pretty much moved on the same way, its all about choice now, we crave choice now that we’re accustomed to it.
Anyway, was it only couples that owned a car that attended these wife swapping parties back in the day?

Not exclusively car owners but predominantly. It was also in the time when d*unk driving wasn't as frowned upon as now.
The 'car keys' thing was pretty much a press invention. Anything that you could identify as yours was OK. |

Remember aswell those were the days when you posted a Party ad in Forum magazine that you were having in 3 months time just hoping to get some extra replies. The "keys in bowl" thing then became a"real myth" with not to many peeps actually doing that...But if or when they did it was the "Original Saturday Night Lottery" you just hoped & prayed you won the jackpot....Far better now.. & a lot more safer...Phil x

close yer eyes and think of scotland???
swinging is all about sexual chemestry and attraction if you dont have that may as well go drag the 1st person you meet off the street?

The 'form' was to suggest to your unwelcome partner that you'd really, REALLY like to be part of a 4some and steer him/ her off in the least unobjectionable couple. |
