Hi there,Im more a lurker than a poster on here but with recent events in my life I feel id like to get my confidence back for meeting people and maybe attending a social.I have had 3 lots of major surgery this year and lost my confidence,nerve and feeling quite isolated.Is there going to be a social in the central belt area that maybe I could go to and start to build up the process as to where id feel comfy with my body to start meetings again x |

The socials are advertised in the Scotland forum so it's really just a case of keeping your eye open for them.
Some of them are evening do's, some are afternoon lunches.
I'm sure the organisers will make sure that you are welcomed  |

Hi there there's a social in stirling on 1st nov.Full at the moment.But there is a reserve list.Drop me a wee message and I can let you know exactly what's happening.There's also a christmas social in Glasgow too.13th december.
