every night is different but the themed nights can be very busy and lots of fun lots of people to chat too and get to know.

Yeah - stick to a themed night where it's likely to be busy. My first time was pretty quiet and, truth be told, i didn't enjoy it. Wife has been several times by herself and never had a bad time.

I'll give it one more crack before giving up.

always fancied it myself, never been to a party like that on my own though so thats what puts me off, sure everyone would be friendly enough though.
