Holyrood is consideration to making it illegal to post pics/ vids of intimate moments on the net after a relationship has broken down.
Whilst no Fabsters would ever do such s thing, could this be made to work and, if so, should it be passed.
BTW Holyrood has **** all to do for the
next year. |

i think its a good idea. Too many idiots split up from a relationship and then think that because they are hurt, they are allowed to do anything they can to hurt the other person.

"I wouldnt be famous if this had happened years ago "
We need a link to form a sound basis for discussion. Have to examine the evidence with an impartial eye. |

Struggling to see how this would work?
I (male half) removed videos from a site a few years ago shortly after splitting. Some were just her, some both, but all were actually posted by her.
A few months ago I stumbled across one of them on a different site. Must have been copied and reposted by someone else - it even had a german title which I couldn't translate. It played on my mind for a while and, more recently, I used various search engines to find that there are still two videos of her and two photos of us both still out there on multiple sites.
If she found them, how would I prove it wasn't me that posted them? Conversely, if I thought it was her who reposted them, how could I prove it? |

That's the challenge. If someone posts a revealing video online from a pc in England (or Germany or the US) and it can be seen on a computer in Scotland, have they committed an offence? |

I love making video's with partners, and I get really turned on by the thought of sharing them with the world. Perhaps it's the act of sharing something so intimate that makes me feel at home amongst this swinging scene. But that said, the internet is an untamed and pretty lawless frontier, these porn sites are like hydra's with more heads popping up the whole time and you very soon loose control of your video's and anonymity. To get around this I like to wear mask's (not gimp masks though) in my own movies and ask the other party to do so too. It adds a little more kink to the occasion also. |
