I have studied many Eastern philosophies over the years and this I always put down to 1960's psuedo pop arty farty drug induced sexual orgies.
The more I looked into it the more I agreed with my initial thoughts.
Recently, I have had contact with a Hindu lady I've known for many years and the subject arose.
After just over a year on here I left and pursued an interest in the delights of Tantric Massage with this lady, her sister and sister-in-law.
Now I know different.
So what does the rest of this site think Tantra actually is.
Answers in a postcard..............

Tantric massage does involve touch.
Shiva or the male doing the massaging.
If done properly I believe the orgasms are mindblowing and multiple.
A tantric massage using essential oils covers every inch of the body including fingers and toes.
The erogenous zones follow ending in the fusion of yin and yang ie the male and female copulate.
I have spent an enjoyable 6 months with 3 very nice ladies learning the art of tantric massage.

We have a split here, Tantra is an eastern philosophy, origins in Hinduism but has evolved throughout the East and the tantras/sutras now are covered in most eastern philosophies.
Tantric massage however is what I originally meant the thread to be about,
Trying to gauge peoples thoughts experiences in massage techniques and whether anyone had actually experienced Tantric massage,

Tantra/Sacred Sex ie yoni Yoni (pronounced YO-NEE) is a Sanskrit word for the vagina that is loosely translated as "Sacred Space" or "Sacred Temple." Its meaning and use is an alternate perspective from the Western view of the female genitals having studied this type of massage and others find there are too many different answers to tantra but tantric is the way t go fr both parties giver and reciever if done properly xx

The word “tantra”
comes from ancient Sanskrit language meaning “expansion through awareness.”
Tantra is a spiritual path that involves very specific practices that use breath, sounds,
movements, and symbols to quiet the mind and activate sexual energy, directing it
throughout the body to achieve states of consciousness
and bliss. Tantra traditions come from ancient practices
in India, Nepal, and China. Whereas once they were reserved
for royalty, now they are for all of us.
