Hello all just saying hello as I'm now able to post on the forums

As you will see on my forum I'm male 33 live in Fife, I'm not Scottish but am born & bred in the UK so please don't post in Scottish it's so difficult to read.

So what tips can all you avid swinger's give me to get started???
