never been dogging and dont think we will try it now that we found out if you get caught your name goes on the sex offenders register and thats the last thing we need so be very careful |

the 2 that were cought dogging were having sex in broad daylight and infront of people that weren't looking for it(what a shocker eh).the law is aslong as the exhibitionists consent to be watched then the onlooker has not commited an offence.try it it can be a really good laugh aswell as a turn on. |

with job that i do i can confirm dogging is legal if u follow the rules and guidlines ... they are put in place to keep every1 safe. if u are dogging in daylight in a public place where ppl and children are able to notice you then u will be breaking the law ... mugdock is a fine place for dogging as its away from public and its always at night ... this is just a ruff note .. always read info about dogging carefully and read small print on the net ... joosi xx |

The place you mention still gets nocturnal vanilla visitors. There's a gaggle of mountain bikers who turn up regularly and silently, a bit like the mounted polis at Strathy, and can take you by surprise. I doubt there'd ever be a formal complaint but you never know. |

dont know why beebs keep telling telling us all its legal its not in a public place ask my mate and his wife who where fined 300.50 pounds 6 years ago they where at sargentlaw rd gleniffer braes at 2am with know one watching to stamp it out now your put on the sex offenders list the moral of the story is if you cant handel the out come dont do it |

If you read my message you will know that I wasnt saying it is legal in a public place ... I was saying there are rules and guide lines that should be followed and instructions are to be read ... of course its not legal in a public place thats why there are certain areas dogging is allowed again follow the legal advice... I cant comment about your situation and thank you for sharing ur views on the subject as that is wot the forum is about... its not sumthing i am personally into |
