It's my fathers birthday soon and I'm stumped as to what to get him. He's almost 80 and still has 3 bottles of fine malts and wines I gave him for christmas.

When my brother in law got married a few years ago my sister in law (his sister) did something like that but she framed all the pics.

She even got his new wives family to give her copies of her childhood pics, and added pics of their kids - she didnt do it for me and Steven cos we hadnt been together that long when we married so not enough pics

Thats a great idea my father in law got a DS a couple of years ago, my mother in law uses it more now tho says she loves the Brain Training games.

Or what about a laptop??

For the big birthdays in Stevens family the kids all club together and get something special.

Father in laws 50th Playstation (was new then lol)

Mother in laws 50th new digital camera (all singing and dancing one)

Father in laws 60th his own all singing all dancing digital camera cos he loved mother in laws so much lol

From the kids I always give my mother in law a larger version of her fave pics of my kids framed, with a personal message from the kids on the back.

Im sure you dont have to go to the expense of something too elaborate laine im sure he would just be happy with his daughter loving him and spending the day with him when it comes.

As you are one fabby person to be with.

What ever you decide im sure it will be the right decision babes xxxxxxxxx
