Well it's that time of year again when Glasgow will be packed full of pipe bands I'm part of a pipe band so it's a busy time this week of practice .. Will there be any of you sexy fabbers going or taking part lets meet up and have a few beers and take In the sound maybe could have some fun

Allways go but unfortunately not going this yeara a great day out ans its been extended to 2 days this year.THE bands will be practising all rounfglasgow this week

Not liking the idea of a two day event this year! Yeah it's a busy busy week we've got practice every night and a couple days also this week.. It's tough at the top lol x

It's a pity George Sq isn't available this year for free lunchtime events.

St Enoch Sq just doesn't get the same footfall or have the same ambience.

Yeah it's a shame George sq out of action .. Been a great week so far so I'm hoping we do well on Saturday then the final on Sunday!! It would be great to have some fun somewhere near in between lol

Several new world records were at set at the Highland games. One of the women actually smashed the men's record in the 28lb weight for height.

Hi milkman yeah our practice was well worth it we had a good solid qualifier and good run In the final but the heavens opened during our medley in the grade one arena lol we got drenched and I mean drenched lol!
