Seeing as its not the nicest of weather outside today.

Decided it's baking day, going to use up my bananas in the freezer and make banana loafs.

Coffee and walnut cake is my favy. A wee wifey from Blair made it for me and it was lurvely

i made banana and walnut bread yesterday, had bananas that needed used up too!!

Weathers good here though, blue skies and very warm, do its out with the extension cord in the garden doing the ironing for me!!

Great tip for bananas that are over ripe

don't throw them away pop them into the freezer great to take out zap in the microwave snip top off easy peasy.
