I'd a problem month back with a laptop that wouldn't work on the chat, turned out it was a combination of the browser and Adobe Flash i was using. Try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome and make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash or whatever it is these days compatible with your browser. |
