Have never seen a horizontal one and it is best to go above the clit on the hood. The lower "ball" on the piercing sits over my clit. I did hear that some people claim to orgasm on the bus - but I haven't. At first with tight clothing it did rub. My rabbit has been made redundant as too powerful to use. X
