If it's in the heating system try bleeding the radiators one by one and see if that helps,

If its your water pipes, turn all taps on from lowest point first and let them run. The noise should eventually subside as the air gets drawn through the pipes.

If its heating, same idea, bleed all from lowest point to highest, then top up system using fill valve.
