Hi
we joined about 18 months ago and genuinely had issues with childminders thus restricting our availability.
Unfortunately this resulted in a few thinking we were time wasters - even though the 2 meets we ever managed to arrange resulted in noshows from the other parties (not including a last minute "my wife is not well" - and funnily enough the message "User no longer registered" appeared within 2 days)
Anyway - we have met and chatted to a select few lovely couples from here and hope to catch up with many more - there are so many genuinely nice people here and it has been great fun !!

PS - to anyone who blocked us in the past thinking we were time wasters - please think again - we are actually genuine and maybe even worth a meet LOL |

Good to hear the positive stories, too much negativity around.

I fully appreciate how you feel, I'm a single dad with a child who has a disability and find it very difficult to find meets for the same reasons as you, and ive also had a few no shows etc...
but ive chatted and met some really nice people here and long may that continue

"User no longer registered" is extremely frustrating - especially after agreeing to meet him last week & letting him have my phone number

Indeed there are many great couples on here.
I've had meets with quite a few now and the vast majority have been amazing experiences.
I have had the odd letdown by timewasters and newbies, but the brilliant nights with the genuine folk far outweighs them.
We just have to accept there will be some bad apples in the barrel and enjoy the good ones. |

I would agree - as parents we do have let downs from sitters that could have a knock on - but we would always let the people we were meeting ASAP
We would never let them head out to a meet that wasnt happening - a Late Call Off is dissapointing (we have let down that way) but we would hate to be in a pub waiting and waiting - TOTALLY IGNORANT !! |

must agree, when you're getting excited and nervous about a meet as most of us do, it is a massive let down when you find its not going ahead, but lots of people have genuine reasons for this.
There are lots of timewasters on here but there are also a LOT of true honest genuine people who really enjoy the participation of swinging which, by the way, is not a hanging offence. Hope all you good folk keep enjoying what you enjoy most.

when I first joined I spoke to a couple a few times then we arranged to meet this was to be my first meet on fab am not going to lie I was feeling a wee tad nervous, went to meet them at a local hotel and guess there was a no show from them  went back on to there profile and it was gone why do people go on a site like this in the first place the mind boggles
