The condems wanted to bring in plain packaging for cigarettes to make them less "appealing" to youngsters, it's not rebranding as such

Of course he has. Just as hes buckled to the drinks lobbyists now! No minimum prices in england or wales now!

Hopefully no minimum pricing in Scotland why should sensible drinkers suffer because a minority of dafties go to far
