A PAIR of love cheats have been placed on the Sex Offenders Register after police caught them having sex at Irvine Beach Park - while other people watched.
Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard how xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, 40, and xxxxxxxxxxxx, 48, had sex in a parked car at the notorious "dogging" spot, before getting out to romp on the ground. xxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxx had originally denied charges of "dogging" and claimed they had "got carried away".

2008 is correct. Old news perhaps but still worth bearing in mind unless, of course, "having sex at Irvine Beach Park - while other people watched" has been made legal in the meantime. |

Actually, in Scotland, the offence is Public Indecency. It is only Indecent Behaviour in Northern Ireland. |

Especially when there's great weather, it's a public beach and it's during the school holidays. |

To answer origional OP, Ardeer beach was very quiet today and tonight. Think the nearby travellers site ( at the point)may put a lot off visiting. Ardeer Beach is a recognised Naturists beach and the OP did not state what he would be doing there or intending to be involved in any sexual activity. Just a point that Ardeer is not connected to Irvne beach and should not be confused, being seperated by the River Irvine and each accessed from different towns.

Thanks for answering my original question , post got a bit side tracked there with shagging in the car park and dogging  I just want to get stripped off and get the sun while it lasts although I wouldn't say no to a bit of fun in the dunes  |
