Looked seriously at Motorola last time I was changing about a year ago, and ended up not being convinced by the company in general. I know the mobile side of the business has been sold and bought by Google.

Bought a Sony Experia P but won't be buying another Sony!

Personally, although HTC has lost it's way a bit recently, it would be either them or Samsung.

After that, it really depends on how you want to use your phone, one of the first things being what size of screen you'd want/be comfortable with.

You can read the reviews and recommendations, but at the end of the day it's your choice.
