Fracture your hip and go on meds and crutches for 7months. I'm down to 6st 4 and a size 4-6. I might be skinny but at least you can use my ribcage as a toast rack...

takeaways

cut don the beer

Anyone of them get one you like If you output more then you put in you lose wright it that easy One just now is eat normal.for 6 days and eat nothing for one Good reports on that one

Lurpak in the fridge. No marmalade, only strawberry jam or peanut butter

If you like porridge I'd suggest a diet I have used in the past.

2 bowls of porridge per day. Try not to add any sugar but if you have to make it a small amount.

Supplement this with a piece of fruit or 2.

Try to drink only water. But if you want tea or coffee to start the day then again have it, but try not to add too much sugar.

If you can do this for a week you will see a significant weight loss and hopefully won't be too hungry whilst doing it.

To increase weight loss try doing some exercise over the course of the week too.

To really boost weight loss try fasting for 1 24hr period also. (Easiest to have your second bowl of porridge before bed and fast from then).

I follow the Scottish Slimmers diet, loosely at the moment, and had lost a serious amount of weight in the first year. Piled half if it back on but will be back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.

It's a very easy diet to follow, you can eat anything you want, nothing is forbidden, as long as you count it in your daily 'check' allowance.

I did Atkins. Works a treat but don't do it for a long time.

There's a guy in my work doing weightwatchers. He's lost around 4 stone in 6 months. And he still can eat well.

so brown sugar is actually worse for as its processed twice

Did a postie round for 6 months, 4 hrs a day walkin, 3 stone off, and no healthy eating to help it happen.

Motivation? If you never did the round, you never had a job,,worked wonders.

Aspartame.... Bad bad stuff. Also actually leaches the calcium out of your bones.

You just need to get a diet That fit in to your life style Do you drink? What kind of work do you do? Do you go to the gym As you see above everyone got their way. You just need get a diet to fit into your life style and stick to day after day,week after week mate it all in your mind Most people on a diet put the weight back on in 3 month of finishing their diet

First of all great job on the 2 stone and done in a nice time, The next bit the hard bit fighting for every pound Walking must be at a fast pace and over 45 mins at a time under that you will do nothing People don't need to run till your blue in the face a walk is just as good xxxx

Lee taught me the ratio of....

Calorie intake to Calorie use...

Metabolism (slows down the older you get) and the lack of movement.

He also said some stuff that helped me and a few friends...

"If you dont have time to cook, you have time to gain weight"

Lots of those premade meals are full of chemicals and OH yes....calories. "Easy to make...easy to eat....so why not make another."

"Fast Food, the fast track to larger clothing"

"Eat less, Move more"

and the word "Diet" is a temporary thing...DANGER!!! YOYO Effect.

(Tell an Alcoholic or Drug addict....he is on a Alcohol Diet???? Or a Drug Diet???)

try using the terms "Changing my eating habits", "Trying to eat healthy and imbalance" ....these are longer lasting and if you do slip up you wont get frustrated, you just slip back into your healthier eating habit.

Just a tip.
