I squeeze mine gently, licking round the excess cream n jam, being carefull not to squeeze it too hard, must have a nice sweet creamy centre to bite,marvelous!!  |

Cannae beat a lovely plain scone cut in half with strawberry jam and clotted cream - but I don't stick them back together - I eat them separately like an open top sandwich  |
