Not slept since Monday so don't know if any of this will make sense. Please feel free to rip the pish if it doesn't!!
There has been a lot of low moments on fab recently, and a number of posts saying that meeting people online is not a true way of making friends.
I would just like to say that the friends I have made over the past 5 years are exactly that!!! REAL FRIENDS!
If it wasn't for some of them over the past 18 months, I would not be alive and posting this today (you know who you are).
Please get the forums back to how it used to be with banter, no fighting or bitching, if you have a problem with someone then take it to pm.
Skinny put similar up earlier so I just want to reiterate the fact that WE. the members of Fab, make this site what it is. Put us back on a high folks. There are great people and great friendships to be found. x |

Friendships built that last are sething to treasure but if the forums was full of all kiss my arse posts it would be boring , keep it as it is , watching the look at me posts just makes my day  |

Too tired to think anymore, and not often I am serious, but if it wasn't for fab and the friends I have made, I woukd be posting this from my grave now!!
My door is open to anyone with half a brain - even bru!!!! All I ask is that we treat each other with respect and stop the backbiting!!! |

lovely post wendy but never a truer word spoken we all need friends either here or away from fab frienships are friendships no matter where they were formed.
sometime it takes a life changing thing to happpen in your life to realise just how important some people become to you.

Well said. If it hadn't been for my (fab) friends on here I'd have been in hospital at the very least because of the events that have happened in the recent past. To them I owe my gratitude and will never forget how they helped me. They are not just fab friends. They are real friends. And more important in my life than my sister. I don't think they realise what their friendship means to me, and I would be lost without them. |

Fab can be great when it works and as far as friends are concerned, it is always quality over quantity.
I hope you continue to enjoy your journey on fab. And that you get, and give, support and fun.
I will continue to be myself, which some people will like and others not. For those of you who dislike other particular profiles, might Wendy's heartfelt post cause a fresh start. To try and let previous things go and for people we dont like etc, not to have digs and just either to say nothing or just be civil and show some respect.

This was meant as a feelgood thread to say a thank you to the fabby friends I/We have all made (which it has in the main).

Awww that's so nice of you to make such a lovely post for me it was my pleasure ro be there for you & help you through your times of need & im in full agreement with you when you say thay its us who mAke fab what it is so for all rhe folks hell bent on criticising others...like the saying goes..."dont throw stones if you live in a glass house!" lets have less of the smallminded negativity & more happy times & positive interactions as id wager a bet to assume that most folk on here are here to add a lil excitement & joy to their already stressful & miserable lives then again there are a small measure of individuals who are here to raise hell & cause trouble as misery likes company...and could those individuals please do me a massive favour & stay well clear away from me as I give as good as I get so be warned

I honestly did not expext to make FRIENDS on here.....not too sure what I expected to be honest!!!But I have made quite a few friends now and wouldn't want it any other way!!!Friends are friends are friends.....no matter where you find them!!!I've made friends on here that are quickly becoming best friends......long may it continue!!!!Thanks to you all.
