I have two venues in mind (one small, one big) and will be booking as soon as I have a final idea of how many people will be coming.
The good news is that the larger one has a great dance floor and a stage for a DJ.
The bad (ish) news is that, this being the first social I've organised, I want to keep things simple. There will be no buffet provided.
Best of all it will be free!
I can provide accomodation in my flat for 4 people on a first come, first served basis, although people considering this should know there may well be an after hours party here.
Confirmation of places will be sent by message asap. Venue details will be given out the week beforehand. |

What is someone gonna from seeing a hotel list? Book a room and ask all the guests if they are swingers

as someone who arranges socials it is never wise to post hotels in forums as if people know where u are staying then they can book in to hotels an no in my opinion they wont need to ask as they will already know from pics on profiles ........ all info for socials is kept private and only mailed to those going this includes hotels , venue stays private till week before ...... but hey im not new at this an i do know that the papers do get on here an find out .
also i totally agree with bren on this one and if you wish others to help or heed advice then plz dont make fun its only put for your beenefit and others saftey . but then saftey of others shud be your main priority

Point taken. I wasnt making fun - just didnt get it. I'll get a new list of hotels drawn up and send it out at the end of Feb.
If any experienced folk would like to send me a list of the pitfalls I can expect when organising asocial it would be greatly appreictaed. |

Also folks - all bed spaces at my place are now taken. I will be putting out an accomodation list about 10 days beforehand. I am happy for people to stay over that havent bagsied a bed as I expect the after party to go on untill there is public transport running. Please let me know if you intend to do this and I'll give you instructions. |

Gonna book venue today. Will be sending out address and accomodation list in next few days once I'm all sorted.
There are still one or two places left for anyone that wants to come.

List now closed. By all means post for the reserve list and I'll let you know if there is space.
Details for the evening have gone out. If you have not received them (for example cos oyu have single guys blocked) send me a message-ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALREADY POSTED ABOVE- and I'll reply with the venue/accomodation. |

Had a few drop out - have some spaces available. Mail me if you want to come. For safetys sake I will only allow late booking for verified people who have been on the site for a few weeks at least. |
