Open the door to him naked & say that you need him to lay some "pipe" and see checky out your plumbing as there are some wet patches ...also tell him that you've not had your giro in so you will have to pay him in kind for services rendered

.what's your address again? I'll be right round with my super Mario suit ...mind you I don't know much about plumbing
