Ah, now creaky headboards I have plenty experience with!

Tighten them regularly with a screwdriver or Allan key, as all that struggling against the ropes & hand cuffs does take its toll....

wee experiment, next time your in the car. Have five mins with the radio off...be amazed at the songs that just ping up in your head.
