Was chatting to PP about this and really want to have a camping night soon, once the weathers a bit better lol
Just getting a load of fab folk together, finding somewhere to get the tents up, getting a wee fire going, chatting, eating and drinking away until whenever.
Would anyone wanna do that?

Lol! Just bring an airbed for inside the tent, drink til youre merry and fall asleep. Wont even notice youre outdoors til you wake up and wanna kill the wildlife making a racket.

Think it might be a good idea if we have a camping checklist been years since i put ray mears and bear grylls through their training in bush craft 
Anyhow Aside from tents, sleeping bags, airbeds, midge spray, bbq, what else would we all need to make this a fun night.
We'd need to delegate a head chef for BBQ

I'll be senior health & safery officer

we'll need tables and a few chairs...and some lights......or candles in jars .....everybody in a tent needs to have a bucket of water outside (safety reasons).....cool boxes for keeping the beer and wine cool......and stuff like paper plates and cups.....will we have electricity?....or are we roughing it? |

A wee update, Starbuck is oot on the pish tonight so in her absence i'm trying to source availability on different sites.
Before i proceed i need to know if you lot would prefer proper pitches with on site amenities.

Roughing it in some rave in a cave style tree hugging heaven ?
Ideally the location would be an hour from the central belt either north south east or west.
Or we could commandeer naughty25's barn for some lineups, i mean line dancing |

That is the predicament im facing T which was why ad hoc rough it would be better for dicretion. Have something i mind that will allow both facilities and chance to play but its getting it for one night thats the problem.
Will get my negotiation head on and go see them in person see if i can strike a deal. |

Got this 100ltr diesel drum, see if we stick that on, wait 5 mins, it puts the fire oot but you get a fantastic rocket like show.
What have a said? Suddenly nae organiser is talkin to me,,,
I can cook chicken wings in ten seconds,,,ehhh baked tatties faster than a microwave,, yes? no? |

Wee update folks...
Went out with star on Sat and found what we think is a cracking wee spot for a night with a difference.
It's situated by the sea in a local nature reserve so hopefully wont get much midges
Only thing being i think we should give the fire a miss but being end of July we wont really need a fire.
If we put any disposible bbq's on a brick to prevent scorching the grass this will help show were eco friendly lol.
Local water source to keep the drinks cool as well.
Car parking is available within easy reach of pitch but the entrance has a barrier to prevent vehicles over a certain height.
We need gazeebo's and lighting
As were roughing it i thought maybe we could have a theme for it so a bad taste party where you dress up in attire that just dosnt match or perhaps a costume of some notorious individual
Some cheesy music from one hit wonders and some nibbles and bad taste burgers lol.
