It's the address to the page or site that they are referring to. It's the bit that shows on the browser in the corner of your laptop/browser.
That said you don't understand self tanning cream Bru so don't even THINK about buying hair removal cream or you'll have a nasty accident.  |

Tingly a little I grant you perhaps, but I wouldn't think it's like being hacked to death by Norman Bates or even giving birth for that matter.
