Dreams and what the hell are they meant to signify??

Bizzare dream i was interviewing (now not with us) Colin McRae.
He was older..fatter faced. in red race team colours? I was aware of what really happened to him yet chatting away about his car etc.
Is there not something specific within a dream if you see it in colour etc ?
