How irritating is it having a sore head?!?!?! Grr!
I get migraines and the usual tension headaches, so have tried lots of different tactics to avoid it. Nothing works.
I get it so often Ive been prescribed something to prevent them, really hoping it starts working soon 
Anyone else suffer from annoyingly persistent headaches?

Have been taking cluster migraines for about 20 years now.
Still not found meds yet that are strong enough to fight them.
Dark room and sleep for up to 4 days at a time. Saying that I have one now which has been here since the middle of last week and shows no sign of easing |

Reflexology,,(foot massage), mates wife does it,, its amazing how certain toes etc are directly connected to tension and pain in yer head.
One toe is The erogenous zone trigger though, god a remember that well too, the sensation i mean, buggered if i can remember which toe it was,lol  |
