I use my phone as an alarm and I usually have to set three so that I actually get up in time lol I tend to hit snooze at least twice before Im properly awake.
How many alarms do you need, if any? And do you press snooze a few times before moving?
(Ive pushed it three times already so need to move my butt haha)

I set my alarm every night going to bed but never actually woke up to the sound of the alarm for years,always seem to wake up about 15mins before alarm is due to go off which I like actually as I hate being woke up to the sound of the alarm lol  |

John never needs an alarm - he just tells himself what time he needs up and usually wakes up just beforehand.
I am terrible at mornings  I have 3 alarms set and snooze til the very last minute
Unless of course I don't need to be up then I'm usually awake at 6.30am  |

Im always awake before any alarm starts going off, just like to lie in bed til my phone starts beeping at me to get up. Then I snooze it and tell myself I'll get up on the next alarm. Then I snooze it again and say 5 more minutes lol then I really do get up.

I'm the same, except I seem to wake up ten minutes after my cock.
A girlfriend some years ago used to bang her head lightly on the pillow before going to sleep to tell herself what time to wake up - seven times for seven o clock. |

The time on my alarm is normally 10 minutes fast the idea being that I get up 10 minutes early. But I normally hit snooze twice as I know I have 10 minutes up my sleeve  |
