I was looking to get some opinions
I’ve recently moved to a new home where one of the next door neighbours has become extremely flirty and friendly right from the start.
She’s really good looking with a nice body, we’ve exchanged numbers and speak nearly every day.
She came over the other night and ended up staying until very late.
Question is would you shag a neighbour or is it too risky if something goes wrong?

if she's free and single it shouldn't be a problem as long as u talk first and set ground rules and it's mutual fun . |

Wait till that neighbour realises you get abusive and nasty when they say no. Poor woman will have to move.
