Public rooms, private rooms, punishment/dungeon, sauna, pool....that will do for now I think.

There would be a sauna steam room, massage tables, bath robes provided to all.....and an option to stay overnight

would own 1 but wouldnt run it....i'd get someone else to manage day to day running...so that i could enjoy/mingle and have fun
