I think it's good to meet someone socially at first, before deciding whether to take things further.
It takes the pressure off the girls who may not want to have sex with a guy they've just met. And it gives us guys the chance to decide if we want to meet up for more. |

For me a social meet first is just the most sensible thing to do for a number of reasons. Anyone who just wants to meet after two messages and wants to be fucking within 5 mins of ringing the doorbell...well, that just says it all about them! |

I prefer a social meet usually.. Takes the nerves off, knowing that there's no expectations as such, that way, the next meet can be more fun (if it goes that far). |

I usually always insist on a social meet first, exceptions have been guys that friends from here have met so I kinda know they're sane. Lol. If a guy will not accept that I will want to meet them socially first then I simply won't meet him. |

I can't judge if I want to share body fluids with someone by viewing dodgy pics and a couple of messages. I need to see what I'm getting in the flesh. I've met ppl where I've had high hopes only to be let down at the initial meet. Defo wee social for me. |

I like to meet for a coffee first too. It's not weird. It's sensible. It gives everybody an 'out' without any pressure.

Nope our first ever meet was a social, think it was for the best as we had gone back to the UK, both very nervous , Ian more so that me, knew there and then nothing was going to happen.
