I don’t live there but visit a fair bit, I always enjoy:

Ubiquitous Chip

Stravaigan

Butchershop Bar & Grill

The Buttery

Ox & Finch

Cail Bruich

But there are plenty others I’m sure, generally reasonably priced.

Walked 40 minutes to ox and Finch. No idea why that one I just chose it randomly. It's shut down lol. I'll try another tomorrow night

If you're in the city centre try Margo, it's by the same people as Ox and Finch.

If you’re able to drive I’d recommend taking a visit to Kongs

So I went to Bucks Bar tonight. Had the Mex burger with salt and pepper chips. The chips were amazing. The size of the chicken fillet on the burger was incredible. A very messy and delicious eat. Would recommend.

Oh and I don't know why but even the diet tasted better than normal and I'm not usually a fan of fizzy drinks.

the land of unicorns and fairytales

My all time favourite gotta be cafe andaluz

Been going there over twenty years menu hasn’t changed much and food still tastes amazing I was there with a fab friend the other night having a catch up been pals for 17 years actually met on Pof originally and realised we were both dirty fuckers !

A lot of the aforementioned places I find way overpriced and underwhelming

The butcher shop was amazing for steaks but more a special visit type place as very expensive

A lot of the really good places to eat in Glasgow are shut down

I mean viva Brazil !! Why oh why did it shut down who doesn’t love the meat sweats lol

And butcher shop only two I agree with on here but overpriced for anything other than a special occasion !!

Oh and I may be wrong someone told me Sapporo has shut down as well !! Please I hope not that’s another favourite

If you like great Indian flavours you must try Chaakoo Bombay in St Vincent Street.

Had a lovely meal at the weekend in Cafe Andaluz. It's just off Geirge square. Lovely selection of tapas. Gorgeous inside.
