Use your imagination.

If your not looking for a dogging location but just some outdoor car fun why not drive around the region doing a recce

Plenty of open countryside in Fife and I don't even live there

I'm sorry OPs, but really don't understand folk who put on this type of post.

There are quiet secluded spots all over the place, you just need a wee bit of imagination.

Online maps and StreetView are your friends for starters, then go and check out some places you find on the maps.

Simples.
