Maybe a bit off the usual topic but was just looking for advice on what's good in the way of a spa day in or around Dundee? Mainly looking for saunas, steam rooms, plunge pool.. maybe massage?

Yu Spa at the Apex they do day packages or admire spa at Piperdam. Apex is more central though.
