yes i do that but youve no idea how tight they are, club physio on holiday, not good lol |

Read his Veri. THIS is why I haven't done any exercise since I pushed my way out if the birth canal.
I'm here Oh Holy One - keep yer tights on.
Redhot you need some deep thumbing action & working from the toes (it releases energy) pull them as if you were trying to elongate them. Then work up through the ankles, calves, back of knees & work thumbs up through thighs. Also a finger massage can help.
