A lot of people want to meet but cant accom or do outside .i wonder if travel lodges do something like a 4 hour room stay where the cost can be split and fun can be had |

There are some hotel groups that offer day bookings e.g. 9-5 but I find they cost about same and you still have the bother of getting all the guests in from reception.
Some clubs will allow you to hire their space during the day for very reasonable rates.
