Looking for a city centre hotel where we can have guests visit our room without any hassle.. possibly 3 or 4 different guests at different times.. thanks for any advice

Not particularly fancy but .. The Premier Inn in the city centre has lift and stair access to the upper floors from the carpark level.

I’d assume it would be reasonably easy to “sneak” extra people into.

The Village hotel is also possibly an option. Although out of town. (Bonus is that there is also a pool and steam room/ sauna that you can use as guests)

Over there

Village Hotel out at Kingswell is a bar and restaurant downstairs - when I was there it would have been very busy for staff to notice extras.

I've also stayed at Palm Court hotel which had an entrance into the rooms before you get into the bar / restaurant and reception from memory. So someone with a key can get from car park to rooms easily.

Altens hotel is good. You can just walk in past reception into the lift or stairs without any hassle
