Got up...done 500 sit ups, been to gym and did 500 lengths in the pool

then did a 10 mile run, cleaned the house, all the washing and ironing up to date, cooked and froze all the meals for next week, washed and cleaned the car...phew, think I'll put my feet up now

Slept late (very rare for me) did my workout, had a cuppa, now procrastinating as I need to clean the weemans bedroom, and then counting down to him coming home. I miss him when hes at his dads, but love the freedom I get too.

I love the sauna and steam room, only issue i have with the local one is they don't change the music, its either elton johns greatest hits or glee...

silence is golden when you are trying to relax.
