Glen Coe is beautiful with some great walks and views, and one of the best pubs in the country ‘The Clachaig’ with live music most weekends. Brilliant campsite within staggering distance, the red squirrel. Enjoy! |

Knowt compares to the Outer Hebrides and NW Highlands, Glen Affric is divine..but no campervans please I beseech thee! If in Glasgow call in on Sharmanka Kinetic theatre, the Necropolis Glasgow if feeling ghoulish... Edinburgh has loads of nice things but also loads of tourists so I'd avoid or go midwinter. Then there's my place! |
